You’ve got vision, drive, and determination to create the business — and the life — you desire. But you might be wondering why you can’t take your business to the next level.
Sister, I’ve got the answer.
I’m natalie —
the founder of the Director of Operations certification.
After spending 15 years in corporate at a Fortune 150 company, I dove into entrepreneurship leveraging my project management certification and skills for high-level relationships in the online and small business worlds.
I found myself streamlining and executing projects for 6 and 7-figure business owners, just as I did as the Chief of Staff for senior executives.
I attracted those visionaries who had ALL the ideas, but couldn’t seem to get the backend of their business in shape.
But as much as I loved supporting these entrepreneurs, I also had a soft-spot for the women who were not quite ready to hire someone like me. That’s why I developed the Strategic Mapping Model™, the Biz Planning Bootcamp course, and my group program, A-Team: so that even if you aren’t earning 6 or 7 figures, you can learn the skills needed to get your operations running smoothly.
I’m a Change-the-World kind of gal, and I saw that there were a lot of other women like me: women who were gifted or skilled in operations and had the potential to lead teams and manage projects, but who needed some additional mentorship and training in order to step into the Director of Operations role.
I spend my business life on stages and in high-level masterminds cultivating relationships with the influencers that need the exact kinds of support taught in my Director of Operations Certification program.
Through the conversations I have with these 6 and 7-figure business owners, I’ve learned what their teams need most, and I created my program based on the most marketable and sustainable skills in the industry right now.
What’s your next step?

I’M HERE TO TELL YOU THE ONE THING THAT SEPARATES
the successful from the stressed
They invest in systems, outsource high-level talent and build a team to ensure that the back-end of the business is solid so that they can be creative, innovative and grow their brand.

kind words from happy DOOs
Before the DOO certification, I was seeking support from ops professionals like myself. The knowledge shared not only by Natalie but other DOOs was amazing! The sense of community in the group is priceless.
Teresa Cleveland, The Entrepreneur’s Toolbox
I was already a Certified OBM when I signed up for Natalie’s course and I knew this certification would help me stand out even more. I am so glad I followed my instincts and took this course. What I learned in the first module was so powerful, it will more than pay for the course!
Lupita Santana, www.lupitasantana.com
Before I had joined the program I had experienced a major burn out in my business. When I decided to come back I knew I needed to hire Natalie as my mentor. She helped gained my confidence back, create various streams of income and triple my monthly retainers.
Still wanna know more about me?
I am a no-nonsense, sports-loving, working mama who will push you to be your best self every day. I’m married to my college sweets, Jess and have two amazing and talented kiddos – Zachary and Emery. We are raising our little family in San Antonio, Texas. I love to craft, entertain, and organize – see, operations nerd at heart! But let’s be honest, I’m usually at a gym or around a baseball diamond if I’m not working.
The Ops Authority
To develop, equip, and cultivate ambitious and experienced operational leaders to take the seat next to the CEO and serve as the Director of Operations. The ultimate goal is to leave business leaders to creating content, developing relationships, and building a vision – that DOOs will bring to life.
