We have been getting ready to roll out the redesign of our Director of Operations (DOO) certification program, and have been entrenched in all the material that we have been sharing with our audience over the last four years. We are recentering, refocusing, and getting really clear about what it is that we want to teach and how we want to teach it.
I want to stress the importance of setting a real foundation for your business. The place to start is your mission, vision, and values. So many people skip over this because it is not a fast process, and it’s not always as fun as other things. But this is the step that you need to start with.
