We partner with the CEO in team management & accountability, systems & processes, and resource planning, allowing the owner to focus on the area of the business they love, feel less stress, and meet their business goals.

Stephanie shares her personal journey with the DOO certification program and how it has been beneficial to her own business in government contracting. She mentioned that the DOO certification program made her think about the unique aspects of her services and how to enhance her client experience. She shares how she discovered a passion for organizational design in particular, which she now offers as a standalone service. We also chatted more about the importance of having support and structure in small teams.
Operators are important in all businesses, regardless of the industry or with AI on the rise. Yes, technology can help with operations, but it can never replace the human element and I hope that this episode is a reminder for you today!
