Meet Martina
Martina Douglas built her career within healthcare digital marketing agencies focusing on strategy, client service and tactical implementation. Her passion for big-idea solutions backed by automation and relationship-building led her to the Ops Authority. As a mom to 3 young boys who were 4 years old and 1-year old twins at the time, Martina and her husband, Patrick, decided in January 2022 to build a CrossFit gym. Martina was ready for a career shift that would create more opportunities to focus on operations and reduce work travel.
