Surprising and Delighting Retainer Clients

As an ops professional finding innovative ways to exceed expectations for long-term clients is key to strengthening your relationship when it comes to working with clients.

Some ideas could be:

  1. Strategic Mapping Model™: Having a strong foundation to work from, from the  beginning is important. Make sure you are asking thoughtful questions about both the client’s business and personal goals. This delights clients and shows them that we genuinely care about them as individuals and not just their businesses.
  2. Intangible Gestures: Having a system foroffering referrals or giving social media shoutouts can significantly strengthen client relationships without any monetary cost.

Go above and beyond the typical client-provider relationship and add a personal touch this will help to create lasting partnerships. It’s all about asking the right questions as operators to build deeper connections and show clients you’re invested in their success.

Balancing Time to Manage Multiple Clients Simultaneously

We all would love to have more time in our day. As operators we are constantly juggling multiple projects. Here are some of our top time management strategies to help you when it comes tojuggling multiple clients.

  • Harness the power of meticulous time tracking by using both digital and physical planners.
  • Find a personalized time-blocking technique that works for you and apply it consistently.
  • Regularly reassess and adjust schedules as life and business evolve.

It’s important to  understand your capacity and consistently evaluate how you allocate your time. This is key to maintaining balance and delivering high-quality work to all of yourclients. These strategies help us tackle the tough operators’ questions that arise when managing several projects simultaneously.

Simplifying Offers for Effective Pitching

When it comes to offers simplicity is key. Avoid over-complicating offers when pitching to clients.

Here are some of our best tips to do just that::

  1. Focus on providing just enough information for them to say ‘yes’ without overwhelming potential clients.
  2. Stick to your areas of expertise and your passion (a.k.a. what lights you up).
  3. Know your available time and delivery capacity to avoid overcommitting.

Bonus Tip: Record your sales conversations and take the time to  review them. This one tip has helped me refine my pitch and better engage potential clients during presentations.

One of the most common operators questions we get asked all the time is: “How can I streamline our messaging and better communicate our value?” Our answer is to Simplify the way you present your services.

“I not only want someone to be a professional success; it’s also important to me that they don’t sacrifice how they show up for their families.” — Lynette Robinson
