Meet Megan
Megan Gephart is a Certified Director of Operations, Certified Mindset Coach, and an Army Veteran with 11+ years of leadership experience in the military, entrepreneurship, and nonprofit sectors. Her passion is organizational change, with expertise in Strategic Planning, Operations, Team Growth, Strategic Communication, and Public Relations, which she now integrates as a Sustainable Business Consultant through Apostolic Fruit, co-founded a year ago with her best friend and business partner, Anna Saucier. They serve Catholic and Christ-led women in business, ministry, and leadership, especially those who specialize in women’s holistic health and well-being. Megan is also a certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach and spearheaded policy change at the highest levels of the military for women, mothers, and parents who serve, while an active duty Military Intelligence and Public Affairs Officer. Megan is a wife to her husband, who’s currently serving in the Army, and mother of 3 energetic boys.
Megan’s Background and Journey to the DOO Certification
Megan has an extensive leadership background, her career spans 11+ years in military intelligence, public affairs, entrepreneurship, and nonprofit work. She shared how her advocacy for women and mothers in the military, combined with her passion for strategic communication, naturally led her to operations.
